Bigger than it looked online
STAXX runs accounting and fractional CFO teams for business owners, mostly in home services and contracting, healthcare and agencies. Its growth came through paid ads and a sales funnel, and its web presence hadn't kept up: a funnel page, a dated offer page and a half-built site that never shipped. The firm wanted a site that would earn the trust of bigger companies, $3M to $30M, without losing the owners who got it there.
One problem, many doors
People come to STAXX for a dozen reasons: messy books, a bank loan, an exit, a CFO who isn't delivering. Dylan Hendrickson, its co-owner, named that as the hardest part himself. We built the message around the moment they all share, a decision the owner can't make because they don't trust their numbers, using the words prospects use on real sales calls. Every section works as its own landing page, with its own next step.
A stack you can build on
The logo was already three stacked layers, so we made the layers the system: isometric planes for the hero and the service pages, with money flowing through them. Deep navy replaced grey and black, signal blue carries the structure, and forecast green stays a small accent. With a trade show on the calendar, a brand kit went out in under two weeks so merch, ads and decks could match before the site did.
21 pages, built to be run
The home page, a page on the fractional finance team, five service pages, three industry pages written in each industry's own language, how it works, team, testimonials and case studies, careers and a blog, all as templates Dylan can update himself. The hero and ticker motion were handed over as Lottie files, with an OG image and meta description for every page.
