Security nobody can see
QDay is a Layer 2 network built to stay secure once quantum computers can break today's cryptography, and EVM-compatible, so developers can bring the tools they already use. The hard part of selling future-proof security is that nobody can see it. The brand had to make it feel solid now, to the developers building on it and the people holding its tokens.
A token and a network in one letter
The mark starts from two shapes the product is made of: a ring for the token and a diamond for the network, drawn on a 120° grid. The diamond docks into the ring to make the Q, which stands alone as the app icon. DAY sits beside it, set wide and heavy.
Dark, with glass for the rest
QDay is a dark-mode brand. Transparent renders carry the big moments, and glass objects, a parachute for the airdrop, a key, a shield, a paper plane, stand in for features where most crypto sites use stock 3D.
Built, then handed over
We designed the website and built it in Webflow: the homepage, about, news and media, contact, the legal pages and a 404, on desktop and mobile, with an Open Graph image for each page. Then came a brand guide and a Figma brand kit, so the team can make its own assets on brand.
