An agent harness in need of a face
CRHQ gives builders a team of AI agents on their own server, with skills, memory, delegation, a workspace and multi-model routing. Andrej, its founder, had built it fast and in public. The site was live but rough, and he wanted a brand his own agents could use to make marketing. We had a five-day sprint.
One pixel, one agent
The idea we landed on: a pixel is a single agent. On its own it does little; many of them organise into useful work. So the wordmark is drawn in pixels, its four letters fold into a two-by-two square for the app icon and favicon, and the icons are built on the same grid.
Quiet by default
Andrej wanted polished, not flashy. Beige, warm white and navy carry everything, muted blue and plum accent it, and mint, yellow and pink stay under three percent of any composition, only in transitions. One family, Iosevka Charon, gives titles a regular cut and body copy a mono one, free for his agents to use.
Handed over for people and agents
The sprint closed with a brand book for people and a spec written for agents, plus a first pass at a website hero and a delegation section to show the system in use. What you see here is our design proposal from the sprint.
